Meeting Highlights
January 12th, 20254 Club Meeting
*Work days currently in effect for 2025! Please sign up for your compulsory work day. The compulsory work day is being raised to $200.00. That means dues will be $300.00 at the end of 2025 if no compulsory day was worked. This also require a minimum 6 worked hours to receive credit for the compulsory day. Retired members are exempt. Junior members will be the same as family members.
*All guest must be registered. No exceptions! Even if there is no fee!
*We need workers for the up coming events! Please contact your trustee to sign up for 2025 parties and projects!
*January 2025 election of officers are listed on the home page.
*Ten bucks were harvested one of which was a 14 pointer! Also, 5 doe were taken.
*Next meeting will vote for a new caretakers house.
* 31 Bluegill and 18 trout were caught last month.
*200 "No Hunting" signs purchased. Need 10 to 15 workers to help install the signs. Please contact John Zamski for a workday.
*The Dam #3 project is still ongoing. It could possibly wrap up in a couple of weeks. Hydro seeding will not take place until March or April. Traffic will not be permitted to pass on the dam during construction.
*ATV trails are now open.
*Please inspect your deer stands. Also please check your tag!
*100 new signs will be installed in January on the latest parcel purchase. Please do not venture on neighboring properties!
*Bluegills were stocked in lakes #1 & #2. Trout are now stocked in a in Lake #1.
*Pheasant season started November 1st. 230 pheasant have been harvested so far. The "Sign-up" book is behind the bar.
*Rifle range is now open until Spring.
*Free firewood available behind Lake #4. Contact John Zamski for any questions.
*Please respect the shooting range. Targets are getting destroyed!
Rifle benches will be removed and concrete will be poured.
*The Wells cabin is sold for $21k.
*Members are concerned about loose dogs. You are required to have your pet on a leash. Only hunting dogs away from Lake #1 are permitted to be loose.
*Please close the umbrellas when finished using on the new concrete slab at the end of the pavilion. We don't want any wind damage.
*Members need to ride on the designated trails only. Signs are currently being installed. Do not ride on pipeline entrances!
*Marijuana is not permitted on club property. Ohio law states it is illegal when alcohol is sold on the premises. Huge fines could be enforced!
*There will be an Invite only page created on Face Book. This will give members a chance to see all the upcoming events for 2025. They will have the opportunity to sign up there.
*Vicki our grounds keeper needs workers to assist in cleaning up the leaves and other debris. Please contact @ 740-530-5731 for a work day.
*Please keep the 4 wheelers off of the grass on the Dams!!!
*Somebody is dumping garbage on our property on the County Road Line! Please stay vigilant and hopefully this will end.

*Water softener will be installed at the club house to resolve the hard water issues.

*May 17th will be a conceal and carry class starting @ 8:00 AM.Please leave your firearm and ammo in the car until going to the range. Fee is $75.00.
*Spaghetti Dinner April 26th from 5:00 to 11:00 PM. Covered dishes welcomed.
*Kids Easter Party will be on April 19th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
*Kids Fishing Tournament May 3rd from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
*The Dam #3 project is almost complete other than hydro-seeding. So please stay off the seeded areas!
*The riding trails will be closed from dawn to 12:00 PM for Turkey Season. This is from April 19th to May 18th.
*May 10th is the first Catfish Tournament starting @ 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
* Junior members were voted in today and now present themselves at the trustees meeting. Congratulations!!!
